Ahhh…So today I got yet another chance to work in the with my cousins in the warehouse.  Only thing is that today we were not in the warehouse.  We were on the road all day delivering 3 humongous restaurant sized refrigerators.  That was pretty much my whole day at work.

At the end of the day after everything had winded down I sat down and read the word while I waited for a ride.  Ad suddenly my dad called me.  He was actually returniung a call from earlier.  We talked for a while and caught up each other’s lives (my dad lives in Vegas I live in Texas) Then he told me some really good news.

You see… last two or three years ago my sister and I went to vegas to visit my dad.  At that time he was a teacher of cosmotology at a beauty school called Rollers.  While we were there we (my sis. and I) made some good friendships and got to know alot of the students. We became so much attached to one another that when we (my sis and I)left the students were crying and they closed down the school for a day (this is the truth). One of the students whose name was Mitchy (a female) was really into the Vegas party life but was a christian who was away from the Lord.

While in Vegas I strove to be a beacon for Christ, not to be superficial or artificial but real.  I’m not sure at all how commited my sis was to the Lord.  I just commited to serve Him as I continue to do.  There were times when the Lord led me to speak out about my faith and I was obedient and the were also times were he told me to not say anything and be a light.  So here I am 3 – 4 years later talking on the phone with my dad and he tells me how Mitchy is now back in the fellowship of the believers and is also heavily involved in ministry.  PRAISE THE LORD!!!!  I couldn’t help but rejoice for Mitchy and with the Lord.  And as I heard those words my heart leaped within me and the Lord witnessed to my spirit that my obedience to Him was instrumental in what happened in Mitchy’s life.  I’m not saying it was me but GLORY BE TO GOD I was just one of maybe many vessels the Lord used to draw her.  PRAISE THE LORD!

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

“For who has known the mind of the LORD?
Or who has become His counselor?”
“Or who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”

For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen. —(Rom 11:33-36)

Lord, I am amazed at you love and thank You for even counting me faithful to be used by You.  I’m your’s  4 – ever Jesus.
