The life that God has given you is His gift to you. The life that you give back to God is your gift to him. In the scriptures there is a parable that the Lord Jesus tells about stewards who had been given gifts according to their abilities. As stewards they were expected to cultivate the gifts and cause them to grow. Our life is a gift and we should cultivate our inward man to the best of pur abilities so that we yield fruit unto God. The purpose of everything a believer does should line up with the cultivation of the gifts, talents and abilities that the Lord has placed within them. Let the growth begin within and fruit will be seen without.
