For the past year and several months i have been on a journey with transforming my health and the Physical health has been the most evident change. Many of the people in your life have never seen your struggle and thus could never fully appreciate your progress. When you personally look back at your beginnings and then see where you are now you will then see and appreciate how far you have come.Dont judge by mere appearances. Judge with accurate view all the progress you have made in life and how far God has brought you.
