It pays to have head space.  Everything good that I have accomplished in my life has proceeded from a well – ordered thought life.  I have observed personally that when all of my thoughts are crammed  & unorganized Then my life reflects that very disorder.  The disorder that is within results in disorder without and all throughout my life.
