A PART OF MY FITNESS JOURNEY.. A little over a year ago i went through one of the roughest times in my life. End of a long term relationship, death of several close family members & mentors all after relocating to a new state. The period became a catalyst for me to begin the care and maintenance of my temple in a way unparalleled in my life before. In the picture on the left i am around 215 lbs with muscles that are beginning to atrophy from lack of use and the right picture is my current state. I am far from reaching my goal but i rejoice in the daily journey of reaching for the potential of what God has put in me. Over the past your through education and work I've dropped 30 lbs and have begun to put on more muscle mass. One o f my goals is to hit 10% body fat and be in the most healthy state i have ever been in physically, emotionally, mentally, professionally & spiritually that ive ever been in.
