Here are a couple of  thoughts to digest:

Did you ever notice how in the fall leaves seem to be covered in red as in Blood?

“In Him we have redeemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.” –Eph. 1:7

And when winter comes, though everything be dead God sends the snow which which is perfectly pure when newly driven.

“Come now, let us argue this out,” says the LORD. “No matter how deep the stain of your sins, I can remove it. I can make you as clean as freshly fallen snow. Even if you are stained as red as crimson, I can make you as white as wool. If you will only obey me and let me help you, then you will have plenty to eat.But if you keep turning away and refusing to listen, you will be destroyed by your enemies. I, the LORD, have spoken!” –Is. 1:18-20 (nlt)

God is every where in nature, all year.He reminds us of his love his gift of life. I always love the Spring when you see the dead transformed into God’s beautiful creations. Much like when we give our lives to God to transform.I often think Spring  should be the start of the new year instead  of winter. God Bless, and May you have a wonderful New Year.

    “May the God of hope
fill you with all joy and peace
    as you trust in him,
so that you may overflow with hope
by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
    (Romans 15:13)(NIV)-BibleGateway

“And if I say, I will not make mention of him,
nor speak any more in his name,
then there is in my heart as it were
a burning fire shut up in my bones,
and I am weary with forbearing, and I cannot contain……..
But Jehovah is with me as a mighty one …”
    (Jeremiah 20:9,11) (ASV) -BibleGateway

“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ,
    the glorious Father (Jehovah),
may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation,
so that you may know him better.
That power is like the working of his mighty strength,
which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead
and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,
far above all rule and authority, power and dominion,
and every title that can be given,
not only in the present age but also in the one to come.
And God placed all things under his feet
and appointed him to be head over everything .”
    (Ephesians 1:17,19-22) (NIV)-BibleGateway

    “Praise be to THE GOD…
    OF our Lord Jesus Christ,
    the Father of compassion
and the God of all comfort,”
    (2Corinthians 1:3)(NIV)-BibleGateway

    Hello!

My names Holly…I noticed you are a christian. I would like to invite you to join my weekly devotion by email. My friends Jen, Vanessa, and I write them each week and send them out normally on Saturday sometimes sunday. We are currently sending them to 56 people, and we are trying to get our numbers up. We base our devotions on what God lays on our hearts each week, and most of the time we use Bible verses.

If this interests you, or you want to know more about, please leave me a comment on my site! I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have. Also, if you would like to join, I will need your first name and full email address.

I hope this doesnt seem like an advertisement to you or anything. Its not for money or anything. We do not make or lose money in doing these devotions. There is no catch, no money involved at all…We are only 15, and 16 anyway so it’s not like we’re professionals. We are professional Christians though! haha…

    please let me know!

    hOLLY
